Fine views from the room.

My experience was utterly disappointing. The receptionist was rude when I asked for assistance with my phone charger, repeatedly stating, 'it's not our problem', which is intolerable. The jacuzzi was dirty, and I had to deal with insects in the bathroom. For the amount I paid, this hotel failed to provide even basic service or cleanliness.

We loved rooms with the private hot tub.

The units are spotless, unique with juices, the private hot tub, a mini bar featuring nuts.

The grand suite featured a private heated pool and fine caldera views. Breakfast options were diverse and delicious, especially the fresh fruit. The staff provided personalized recommendations for activities. The atmosphere was peaceful, perfect for relaxation. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway 😍

Thanks very much guys for an exceptional stay for our 3rd night on the island. Staff is efficient and caring and you can park your car nearby. The breakfast is delicious and awesome with various options and the location is comfortable. Would recommend it to others, truly enjoyed this hotel.

Location: the hotel was just off the shops and restaurants and the beaches and village centre. We didn't have time, but we would definitely come back.

Staying here exceeded my previous visits to oia. The beautiful view of the caldera from our grand suite with a private heated pool was lovely. The amazing breakfast options made every morning special, especially the fluffy pancakes and fresh fruit.

jacuzzi was not cleaned properly

Booked a room with breathtaking views of the sunset. There were coffee/tea making facilities and glassware in the room too. The staff were very very helpful, caring, will be back.

Experiencing the lovely caldera views from the Cave Grand Suite was lovely. The ample breakfast options featured decadent pancakes and fresh fruit. The only downside was that the jacuzzi wasn't thoroughly cleaned, detracting slightly from our privacy, especially since it was shared. A wonderful stay that combined luxury with amazing scenery.

Amazing views and relaxing vibes!

This place was seriously magical! The cave room had amazing views of the caldera and we loved having breakfast on our private balcony every morning. The staff was super friendly and totally went out of their way to help us out. Just wish the breakfast options were a bit more extensive. Lovely experience!

The Executive Cave Suite was amazing! It was spacious and beautifully decorated, giving it that cozy cave vibe. The private heated jacuzzi was a total game-changer, with fine views of the caldera. I loved lounging there, soaking in the sunset. Super quiet for a peaceful night's sleep, too!

I loved the charming cave suite, beautifully decorated with fine views of the Caldera. The access was easy, and the spacious private terrace with a heated jacuzzi.

A bit more assistance with luggage would be helpful.

This place was just a fitting option for a holiday in Oia with really good value. The breakfast served on our private balcony was a good surprise, especially the amazing crepes. Definitely take advantage of the free mini bar with wine.

The private hot tub on the balcony had amazing views. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain.
